Raise a Razorpay order for this cart on the agent group's Smart Collect account

/api/v1/cart/:cartId/smart-collect/order

Ensures the group's Razorpay customer + virtual account, then raises the order for the cart's pay-now amount against that customer. Returns what Checkout needs plus the group's virtual account, so the agent can transfer instead — a transfer does NOT confirm the booking. No failover: the order is raised on the Smart Collect account or not at all.
