Fetch a channel's unit-level rate/occupancy calendar

GET 
/api/v1/crs/channel-unit-rates/:channelId

Given a channel id, returns every property mapped to the channel (via its enabled listings), each property's active units, and a date-keyed calendar of per-unit entries carrying the property's channel-adjusted nightly rate and whether that unit is free that night. The calendar window is today through one month out. Rates are property-level — the same rate applies to every unit of a property; only availability is per-unit.
