Create, update, and delete booking adjustments.

Adjustment amount must be positive (SUBTRACTION type records the value as positive; the sign is determined by adjustmentType).

Update multiple booking adjustments

Creates all adjustments in the list for the given booking in a single call. Returns the list of generated adjustment IDs.
