Push Triggers

The automated pushes to travel agents (issue #216): BOOKING_CONFIRMED, BOOKING_CANCELLED, PAYMENT_RECEIVED, PROPERTY_LIVE, PAYMENT_DUE and PAYMENT_OVERDUE. Each has its copy — with {placeholders} filled per message — and an on/off switch, which a channel can override so a B2B push never reaches B2C agents.

Only the fields supplied change. The trigger's description lists the placeholders its copy can use.

📄️ A trigger's numbers over a date range

Sent / received / clicked by agent and by notification, for pushes created from `from` to `to` inclusive (UTC dates). Defaults to the last 30 days.

📄️ Switch a trigger on or off for one channel

Overrides the trigger's own switch for pushes about that channel's bookings, and for that channel's agents on a property going live.
