/api/v1/pms/agents

Users with an agent role. Every filter is optional and narrows independently: an agent role, a search term (matched against name, email, phone, region), an agent group and a channel. agentGroupId matches agents who belong to the group as well as those who manage it, which is the same set a group-scoped feature rule reaches.
