Get a presigned S3 URL to upload a destination card image or video

/api/v1/pms/destinations/media-upload-url

Returns a short-lived presigned PUT URL under the media/destinations/ prefix along with the resulting objectUrl, served from the CDN (https://images.elivaas.com/media/...). Accepts image/* and video/*. A video must send its pixel width and height (read them from the file, e.g. videoWidth/videoHeight) and be in the card's 340:480 aspect ratio (1% tolerance), the same on web and mobile. Client flow: (1) POST here, (2) PUT the bytes to uploadUrl with the same Content-Type, (3) submit objectUrl as imageUrl or videoUrl when creating/updating the destination. URL expires after expiresInSeconds (3600).
