Read availability, rates and restrictions

/api/v1/pms/staah/partner/availability-rates

Reads STAAH's current values per room type and date. At most 14 days including startDate; omitting endDate reads startDate alone. Only the requested fields are returned — a field left out of types is absent from the response.
