Verify STAAH partner-API credentials and IP approval

/api/v1/pms/staah/partner/test-connection

Mints a fresh access token and discards it. A 502 here means either the credentials are wrong (422 upstream) or this host's IP is not on the property's approved list (403 upstream) — the upstream body says which.
